City Walk
Ever wanted to make your everyday walk a bit more fun? City Walk is the mobile application that can help you out!
How it works
City Walk divides your city into 50x50 meters sectors. The goal is to visit as many of these as possible. While walking, you'll be able to see a map showing where you are and what areas you covered. An info pane will show current statistics such as your speed, distance and covered sectors of the day.
Three different rankings will provide you with information about how your coverage compare to other users of the application.
- Personal - Shows the cities you have been walking in and how much is covered
- City - Shows all users who have ever walked in the city and how much each one covered
- Total - Shows a summary from all the cities of how many sectors each user covered
City Walk contains about 20.000 cities from over 130 countries. Would your city still be missing, please send an email to info@powerapp.org. In normal cases, your city will be added within 24 hours.

At the moment City Walk is only available for Windows Phone 7, but an Android and an IPhone version is coming.
